About Me

I run operations and I track the P&L. Those two things are not separate in my head and they have not been for twenty years. I find where an operation is leaving money behind and build what needs to change to close that gap. The clearest recent example was a healthcare services company I acquired and operated. In twelve months we moved margins from 18% to 24%, grew revenue 22%, and scaled the team 40%. We closed a 3.5x exit. The tools were AI-powered sales analytics, digital workflow replacement for manual back-office systems, and a management rebuild built around real accountability.
Prior to this as an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services, I grew a $30M technology delivery practice 80% over four years by repositioning the business from packaged CRM delivery to custom SaaS solutions and rebuilding the teams front to back.
Today I run Redwood Growth LLC, a lower mid-market acquisition platform. The model is straightforward. Find businesses with P&L potential their current operations have not captured, operate with discipline, and exit at a multiple that reflects the actual value built.
I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and Masters degree in Computer Science. That combination helps me stay in tune with both the business and the technology portions of a company
